maintenance scheme goes beyond normal servicing of cooling systems. This scheme provides

We have dedicated teams to ensure that all contract Clients are attended to. We can also vary a contract to include 24 hours service coverage if so required.

Under the scheme, our team inspects our Clients equipment to ensure that it is in good running order. This preventive inspection service minimizes equipment downtime as recommendation for corrective action is made as soon as potential problems become apparent. Our Clients have therefore avoided high repair costs which would otherwise have been incurred.

Thanks to support from our clients, we have expanded to include building maintenance services covering fire fighting systems and plumbing. This provides convenience for our client engagement, as the main service provider.

We have computerized our Service Department activities and built up a database. This allows us to generate scheduled services for the month. The dedicated service teams use these schedules to carry out their own work.
Such a report shows summary details of repairs expended on each unit maintained by us over a six-month period. This is turn helps the Client identify problems with equipment and thus be able to decide on remedial action.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE

In the event of a major breakdown we make available loan units so that repairs can be undertaken without inconvenience to our Client. We have a range of motor, compressors, fan blades and spare parts which are suitable for most instances.
